Livinaa provides a platform for property owners to list their properties and for tenants/buyers to find properties. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Livinaa does not verify the accuracy of property information and is not responsible for any disputes between property owners and tenants/buyers.

You may not use the service to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, harass other users, or engage in any illegal activities.

Livinaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
